Meet Our Speaker

Elizabeth Miller earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Penn State University and has worked in corporate IT and strategy roles for over 20 years. Elizabeth has been a presenter at the 2016–2019 National Caregiving Conferences. Her story was featured in Woman’s Day and Health magazines.
Elizabeth is a family caregiver, caregiver advocate, speaker, author, podcast host, certified caregiving consultant, and certified senior advisor. Her personal experiences in caring for aging parents with chronic and terminal illnesses and for a sibling with developmental disabilities inspired her to create Happy Healthy Caregiver in 2015. She is an empty nester living in Marietta, GA, with her husband and two dogs and is excited to join East Cobb Church at Supper Club.
Elizabeth will share practical self-care tips for the eight primary areas of self-care: physical, mental, emotional, social, professional, helpful, spiritual, and financial. Group conversation will include an opportunity for attendees to share their habit, routines, and fun ways they plan to infuse self-care in the New Year. Elizabeth will also be offering 20 virtual one-on-one care coaching session signups—first come, first served for attendees. And signed copies of her book Just for You: A Daily Self-Care Journal will be made available for purchase.
